Reservations / Payments
A non-refundable deposit payment of $150 is required to secure your reservation. Checks should be made out to J&N Ventures LLC and sent to:

Your reservation will be held 5 days pending receipt of your deposit payment. Advance deposit payments must be made by personal check. If deposit is not received within five business days, the reserved dates will be made available to other guests. This deposit will serve as your security deposit for your stay. The security deposit will be used for damages to property, lost keys, missing items, dish washing, extra cleaning and late checkouts. Late checkouts are charged at $50.00 per hour as our cleaning staff is reserved to get the cottage ready for the next guests. Guests will be held liable for any costs over and above the damage deposit collected. The full rental payment will be due 30 days before your stay. The $150 advance deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your check out date. There are not any refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

RATES

May 1st – October 30th: $700 per week

November 1st – April 30th: $500 per week or $250 for a three night stay.

All rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
Check in: Saturday at noon
Check out: Saturday at 8 am

Sorry, no smoking in cottage. No pets, tents or campers. Bring your own towels. Bedding is provided. All cooking utensils are on site.
